Why RR Exists
I founded RR Personal Chief of Staff on a simple belief: the same level of ownership, judgment, and excellence that drives success inside the office should exist outside of it as well.
Through years of managing a household and raising three children, I came to recognize that the greatest challenge isn't the responsibilities themselves—it's carrying the mental ownership of them all. It's remembering, anticipating, coordinating, following through, navigating the unexpected, and ensuring that countless moving pieces come together seamlessly, often without anyone ever seeing everything required to make it all appear effortless.
Over time, I realized that many executives face the very same challenge. As professional responsibilities continue to grow, so do the responsibilities waiting outside the office. Too often, those responsibilities are carried by a spouse—or by the executive themselves—quietly competing for the mental bandwidth and energy needed to lead with clarity, nurture meaningful relationships, and focus on the responsibilities that only they can fulfill.
My education in psychology and management, combined with a background in sales and years of building trusted relationships, taught me that taking ownership is only part of the role. The real value comes from exercising sound judgment. It's knowing what requires immediate attention, what can wait, what deserves a conversation, and what can simply be handled. It's thinking ahead, solving problems independently, and making thoughtful decisions that consistently reflect someone else's standards, priorities, and expectations.
The role I now provide professionally is one I've lived personally for years. RR Personal Chief of Staff was built on the belief that no executive—or spouse—should have to carry the invisible ownership of life's logistics alone. Today, I bring that same philosophy to executives and families I serve, managing life's logistics with the same judgment, care, and excellence I've practiced in my own home for years. By protecting their time and preserving their presence, I create the capacity to lead with intention and enjoy the life they've worked so hard to build. My goal is simple: to become the person they never have to think about—because when everything behind the scenes is simply handled, they're free to focus on what only they can do.
